The condo association fees will be increasing to $150 effective 1 January 2025
TRASH/RECYCLING PICKUP SCHEDULE: Casella Waste Management trash/ recycling pickup days is THURSDAYS. And due to the high cost of recycling they will be going to an every other week for Recyclables but they will continue to pick up trash every week. Check the schedule here (updated: February 2024).

Automatic deposit and credit card payment for condo fees is now available. Please send email to info@blissfarm.org for instructions on how to pay this way instead having to write and mail a check.

Please allow 2 weeks for all requests of documentation, there is no management company available, volunteer board of directors. ALL RUSHED REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WILL BE CHARGED ($150.00)

ANIMAL CONTROL is available for the Town of Derry Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. You can reach Animal Control directly during hours of operation at (603) 432 - 6143.
